Refund Policy

BEAUTIFUL TERMS

Our refund policy applies when your order has not yet been created or the customer has somehow never received the portrait, if the customer changes their mind in the middle of creating the work and decides they no longer want the portrait, we will not refund the money as our artists have already started the work. However, if the customer is not satisfied with their illustration, we offer corrections to the ordered product.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to issue a return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, the money is returned:

For any item not delivered more than 30 days after ordering

Refund (if applicable)

Once we have received and verified your return, we will email you A letter notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before refunds are issued.

Delivery

To return your product, you should contact us at animuokis@gmail.com

You will be responsible for reimbursing your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS!

Please note that any changes to the final artwork that you have not included in the "Portrait Description" can and usually will be subject to additional charges.
